Good Morning

What is rhyming word?

Two or more words that end with similar or same sound are called rhyming words.

 

For example:

Sun – run – fun –gun

trees – bees

day – away

too – you

 

Reading Comprehension

Answer the following questions in a sentence or two.

1. To whom does the poet say “ Good Morning”?

Ans:  The poet says “Good Morning” to sky, Sun, little winds, birds, 

trees, creeping grass and brownie bees.

2. Why does the poet say brownie bees ?

Ans: The poet says brown bees because the colour of the bee is 

brown.

3. What is the name of the  poet in the poem “Good Morning” ?

Ans: Dear students, you write the answer of this question.

4. Why is the child happy in the poem “Good Morning”?

Ans: Dear students, you  write the answer of this question.

5.  Who wants to play with whom ?

Ans: The child( or the poet) wants to play with all to whom he

creeping grass and brownie bees.
