WORD MEANING - PART-2

Dear students, you write only the sentence from the words 

about,look at,another,indeed.  

about: adverb, preposition

adverb: a little more or less than, a little before or after, 

synonym-approximately

It costs about Rs.10. They waited for about an hour. He arrived at about nine.

preposition: on the subject of somebody/something, in 

connection with somebody/something

There is something strange about him.

sunshine: the light and heat of the sun

suddenly: quickly and unexpectedly

come out : appear

The rain stopped and the sun came out.

look at: to view, to examine something closely, to think about

Look at the picture. The doctor will look at the swollen ankle. 

The principal will look at the matter.

lift: raise

proudly: in a way that shows somebody is proud of something

another ( determiner, pronoun )

determiner, pronoun - one more, one extra thing or person

Would you like another drink ?

indeed: adverb – emphasize a positive statement or answer

It is indeed a great achievement.
