enormous – adjective – big, huge, extremely large

This is an enormous house.

once upon a time – a long time in the past

planted – verb – put plants, seeds in the ground to grow

turnip – noun – a root vegetable (a round white/ white purple)

My father planted a tree in our garden.

seed – the small hard part inside the fruits from which a new plant can grow

These vegetables can be grown from seed.

pull up – to remove something from a place

Stop pulling up her hair.
